Financial Controller

Role to cover
 Prepare monthly and quarterly report by Oracle software, Hyperion.
 Control month end closing to manage accrual, prepaid expense and set up provisions.
 Prepare IFAS financial statement according to the group accounting standard.
 Understanding of transfer pricing policy and management in daily operation.
 Manage the balance of Customer rebate account in corporation with other department.
 Manage accounts receivable aging report including DSO calculation and customer credit limit maintenance.
 Provide relative information of tax matter to external tax consultant for preparation of tax filing.
 Control Net Financial Position to ensure appropriate Free Cash Flow of the company.
 Manage Logistic cost in conjunction with Logistic department.
 Manage fixed asset and depreciation schedule using “Shokyaku Bugyo” on both IFAS and Japan GAAP.
 Manage and control marketing budget activity.
 Manage cost center report and to advise for any improvement to cut operative expense.
 Check employee expense report and support the reporting system managed by the other finance colleague.
 Provide support for year-end audit and support preparation of tax filing for external tax adviser.
 Check all journal entries generated by SAP in daily basis.
 Support EDI daily sales report for order desk.
 Support HR function for accounting related matter.
 Support back office function.


Qualifications
 4 year university graduate with accounting degree.
 Minimum 3-5 years Finance/Accounting experience required.
 Prior experience in controlling role is preferable.
 Knowledge of ERP, SAP experience is must.
 Ability to multi task and prioritize.
 Excellent command of English in both oral and writing.
 Need good Excel handling skill.
 Good interpersonal skill, proactive mind and team sprit.
 Willingness to help others beyond job description.
