Mid Level | Talent Infusion for US Based Private Equity Firm

Develop the Japan-based business relationships strategically
Engage and build rapport with target Japanese firms` management
Advise colleagues on Japanese business practices, culture and communication
Set and continually manage expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Be amenable to a month`s training in the US at the start of the contract
Develop and deliver progress reports
Potential for domestic travel is frequent; travel to US HQ a few times per year

5 - 8+ years professional business experience
Strong familiarity with accounting terminology and concepts (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, etc)
Native Japanese and fluent English (reading, writing, oral & aural)
Ability to be professional, articulate and confident in high-level meetings
Excellent cross-cultural interpersonal skills
Experience at working both independently and in a team is essential
Able to conform to shifting priorities and timelines by using analytical problem-solving capabilities
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Technically competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
