Key Activities:
・Provide strategic medical direction to all aspects of organization:
・Risk assessment regarding product performance
・Customer communications
・Marketing and business development
・Direct Pharmacovigilance and PMS functions so that local regulatory requirements and corporate policy are consistently met.
・Direct medical affairs functions so that the needs of company colleagues and customers are consistently met.
・Serve as the company’s medical representative in meeting with headquarters key
customers, regulatory agencies, industrial associations and partner companies.
Key Responsibilities:
・Effectively manage human and money resources to meet the time frames.
・Drive results through proactively monitoring expected changes in medical and regulatory
environments.
・Establish and maintain "best in class" organization to meet medical and regulatory compliance.
・Create medical strategy for product life-cycle management and contribute to sales growth.
・Communicate timely and openly on key issues/progress with both local and global senior managements.
・PhD (highly preferred)
