The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Director.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of the recruiting process and department;
- Liaison with headquarter;
- Development and implementation of recruiting tools for company and stores;
- Selection and management of recruiting- and staffing agencies.
In capacity of area management the following responsibilities apply:
- Store supervision and support of store managers in compliance with HR regulations;
- Support of the decision making process for store recruitment; payroll, training and budget control;
- HR related support during store openings.
