Junior Level | The Ingenium Group

The Ingenium Group is looking for a motivated, professional and committed Research Associate to work on our team.
Research Associates are primarily responsible for generating leads over the phone and then turning those leads into candidates by cold-calling and arranging to meet potential candidates here at our office.
Research Associates are responsible for doing data-entry and other routine administrative tasks.
Have weekly meetings with the CEO to discuss new ideas of improving the Ingenium business.
The Associate team also is involved in many research and marketing projects and report directly to the CEO.
