Internal and Corporate Communications Executive

<Overall responsibility>
Enhance the reputation and brand of the firm Japan in the eyes of internal and external stakeholders, while minimizing external risks to the company, by:
*leading development and implementation of cost-effective and focused corporate and internal communications strategies;
*coordinating CSR planning and execution; and
*leading crisis management planning and communications preparedness
1. Responsible for the Japan office’s overall corporate and internal communications strategies, including:
*Developing and executing strategies for both corporate and internal communications for the affiliate,
*Maintaining adherence to communications/branding compliance standards and procedures
*Developing and executing communications strategies for senior management visits/events
2. Responsible for developing and updating crisis management communications plans, ensuring operational readiness of these plans, and for executing, with support of supervisor, effective implementation of crisis management communications plans as instructed.
3. Primary responsibility for managing effective representation by the Japan office in communications-related committees of industry associations.
4. Supervision of direct reports
5. Responsible for coordinating and leveraging affiliate CSR activities to maximize media exposure and branding impact.
