Certifications and Special Requirements
Basic Requirements:- University graduate
- Min. 5 plus years of experience in Equities IT
- Business-level English
- Requires travel within Asia
- Be a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
Product & Process Knowledge:
- 5+ years of development experience, preferably with experience in real-time systems
- Have a strong interest in technology and be passionate about providing robust, scalable, high-performance solutions
- experience in cash equities development environment is desirable
- Be able to mentor junior team members, and transfer skills
Business & Technical Expertise:
- Strong Java development skills are essential, 5+ years experience is expected
- Have strong Database & Perl scripting experience
- Background in working in Unix/Linux environments, comfortable with writing shell scripts
- A proven track record of leading a team through the complete software development life cycle
- Technical documentation skills are required
- Experience with testing automation is preferable
- Exposure to C# for GUI development will be beneficial
