Human Resources Specialist / Manager

Manager | Talent Infusion

Responsibilities:

HR Policy Setting
-The implementation of new /revised company policies in accordance with labour laws.

Recruiting
-Identification of employment needs, internal and external recruiting Screening resumes, preparing evaluation charts, & conducting interviews.

Compensation + Benefits
-Conceiving and implementing a competitive compensation and benefits system.

HR Administration
-Payroll & Social Insurance transaction (partially outsourced)
-Prepare / Analyse & Reconcile personal costs (Monthly, RFC, Budget)

Training & People Development, Employee Relations
-Develop & Conduct internal trainings; engage internal Talent Management program

Business partnering with Executive level management

Selling Points

Report directly to Regional Sr.HR Manager, Asia.

Future opportunity to take responsibility for other sales offices overseas.

Comprehesive experience in all aspects of HR industry

Certifications and Special Requirements

Requirements:
 5+ years of experience in Human Resource including Payroll and Social insurance transaction.
 Knowledge of labour and social legislation.
 Sound technical understanding of recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and the corresponding administrative support processes
 Fluent in Japanese and English.
 Competent with office based IT tools
