-The implementation of new /revised company policies in accordance with labour laws.

-Identification of employment needs, internal and external recruiting Screening resumes, preparing evaluation charts, & conducting interviews.

Certifications and Special Requirements
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Human Resource including Payroll and Social insurance transaction.
Knowledge of labour and social legislation.
Sound technical understanding of recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and the corresponding administrative support processes
Fluent in Japanese and English.
Competent with office based IT tools
