Research Analyst (Japanese Speaking)

Analyst is expected to support ongoing research in the Communications,
Collaboration & Contact Center space and track the market on a continuous basis in Singapore office.

For Research:
· Develop contacts and research discussion guides
· Initiate and conduct interviews with market participants
· Conduct secondary research
· Analyze results and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis
· Write report

For Consulting projects:
· Co-ordinate and supports analyst team throughout research phase
· Contribute effectively to consultancy projects as required, primarily in a support role, using specialist industry knowledge and research skills

Job Requirements:
· Minimum a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Business Administration (BBA)
· 2 - 3 years work experience can be considered
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills
· Strong communication skills in Japanese & English, both written and spoken
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to learn quickly, be independent, resourceful, energetic, confident and tenacious
· Candidate needs to be native Japanese with fluent English language skills
