Certifications and Special Requirements
Required Knowledge and Skill Qualifications:•4 - 6+ years experience in a similar role
•Native Japanese and fluent English (reading, writing, oral & aural)
•Strong written and oral communication skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills; particularly a strong “customer service” orientation
•Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new procedures and systems quickly
•Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment is essential
•Able to conform to shifting priorities and timelines by using analytical problem-solving capabilities
•Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
•Technically competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Knowledge and Skill Qualifications (Not Required):
•Broad experience across numerous HR functions
•Familiarity with the consumer goods industry and marketing roles within, strongly preferred
•An MBA or other post-graduate study
•Experience studying / working abroad is highly valued
