- Client development including evaluation of the Client’s requirements and corporate culture, developing an understanding and description of the position(s) the Client is seeking to fill and negotiating a services agreement.
- Extensive market research and networking including contacting existing sources as well as pursuing new leads.
- Interviewing, screening, evaluation and reference checking of candidates.
- Presenting Client opportunity to appropriate candidates and presenting a strong pool of candidates for Client interviews.
- Negotiating details of Client’s offer until it is accepted by the finalist candidate.
- Assuring Client satisfaction after the new hire comes on board by staying in touch with both Client and candidate.
- Should have strong client service skills with ability to anticipate and resolve problems on their own initiative.
- Able to meet sales targets, and the desire to work in a challenging environment.
- Successful candidates are articulate, confident, outgoing, persistent, highly motivated, goal-oriented, focused and self-directed.

Certifications and Special Requirements
- 2 to 5 years recruiting experience focusing on Professional Services area, Human Resource, Accounting, Finance Services- Should have strong client service skills with ability to anticipate and resolve problems on their own initiative.
- Able to meet sales targets, and the desire to work in a challenging environment.
- Successful candidates are articulate, confident, outgoing, persistent, highly motivated, goal-oriented, focused and self-directed.
