Job Responsibility
• Sales strategies for Material Industry (iron, paper, glass, mining, fiber etc.) for each solution
• Budget
• Forming action plans
• Leadership for sharing and executing strategies with related departments and partners
• Appealing the industry solutions’ value to potential clients
• Creating presentation materials
• Sharing strategies with oversea related teams, discussion and translation of materials, etc.
Representative performance appraisal standards (assessment?): License sales in the industry that is in charge. (Throughout Japan)
Location: Tokyo
Required background and personality
• Solid knowledge about business challenges, business (operation) processes and tasks of the related industry
• Not necessary to be familiar with all SAP solution, can be learned after joining.
• Ability to lay down objectives and strategies to achieve, and to have energy to manage organizations and people which are not necessarily under direct control.
• Interpersonal skills and leadership
• Ability to handle 10 projects at the same time whose characteristics and key issues are different, with speed.
