Research Intern

Candidates must be enthusiastic about learning how the recruiting industry actually works and to be keen on learning how to do the research that is the initial and most essential step in the recruiting industry.
Strong work ethic and ability to be proactive, dedicated, and follow instructions is a requirement.

Applicants must be able to work at least 15 hours a week
After completing this internship, the intern will have gained experience in the following areas:

* A comprehensive training about the recruiting industry and the tools used in it
* Have an understanding of the whole recruiting process
* Improve organizational and multi-tasking skills
* Experience working in an international organization
* A completely bilingual and bicultural atmosphere
* Will receive recommendations from the President of the Company upon completion of the internship
Fluency in both English and Japanese
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
