Consultants work directly with clients at their locations as a member of a consulting team and in partnership with the client’s integrated account team. Consultants are expected to take an active role in all stages and aspects of the client engagement lifecycle. Consulting responsibilities typically include:
• Identifying, structuring and shaping client engagements
• Solving complex client challenges and affecting transformational change
• Building innovative and practical client solutions
• Cultivating long-term relationships with clients
• Managing large organizational changes
• Developing strategies for global delivery
• Supporting strategic internal initiatives
• Producing industry leading business research, position papers and white papers
• Collaborating with global consulting teams, engagement managers, and practice leads
