Quality Assurance for Semiconductor

Responsibilities
- Establishing quality processes, products and operations and the persistence to get the issues resolved
- Work with product line Quality groups to improve the product quality and service levels.
- Responsible for supporting the superior Quality services for the assigned customer. (Regular Quality Meeting, Fast Turn Product Analysis report with Corrective action, Drive Quality Improvement, Customer Score card etc...)
- Responsible for resolving the customer issues with relevant organization such as product group and Sites Quality Group. (Responsible to provide the Failure Analysis report about customer returns, Quality Improvement Activities Report and so on.)
- Serves as the customer quality representative in communicating to the customer.

Skills:
-Experience of Semiconductor Company (3 years or more)
-Knowledge of Semiconductor Assembly and Test process.
-Email communication in English
-English communication (Telephone) skill is preferable.
