Human Resources Leadership Program

Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP)とは、HRプロフェッショナルの育成を加速することを目的とした2年間のプログラムで、HRリーダー養成のための重要な役割を任っています。2年間で3回の8～12ヶ月単位の事業部門におけるローテーションと、4回の研修セミナーに出席します。また"Client"のリーダー達から、あらゆる機会を通じて指導を受けることもできます。

HRLP is 2-year program - targeting rapid training HR Professionals for future HR leaders in my client.
The person who is in this program will rotate department to department about 3 times (8-12 months each) and attend 4 times training seminar within this 2 years.
And also at any events, they will get training or advice from my client leaders.

2年間で各8ヵ月ごとのローテーショナルアサイメント(実務)を3回こなします。　ローテーションの内容は、
人事関係のローテーションが2回で、残りの1回は人事以外のクロスファンクショナルなアサイメントが与えられます。ローテーション開始は随時となります。

About 8 months each they will do rotational assignment (on the job training) for 2 years.
These 3 times rotational assignments, 2 are related to human resource department, and other is outside the HR department to make sure this person have cross-functional assignment.

資格や特殊技能

３年－7年の実務経験。そのうち2年以上の人事業務経験が望ましい。
学士号取得者であること（専攻は問わず）。MBA、およびHR修士号があれば尚可。

• 3 to 7 years of working experience at company.
• More then 2 years of HR experience is desirable.
• Highest education is Bachelor (majors are not concerned).
• If possible, MBA or HR related field of Master degrees are welcomed.
