We are currently trying to fill in a number of positions from Sr. Engineer level to Lead/Manager level positions with one of our clients which is a global IT Software Company. You will be working in Osaka or Nagoya at their customer site, a leading Japanese company in hi-tech and other Engineering services such as fax machines, photocopiers, etc.
You will be involved in the following:
- Project Planning
- Work allocation
- Status tracking and reporting
- Exception handling
- Customer expectation management
- Risk estimation and management
- Ensuring process compliance
- PMO reporting
- Project Cost management
- Project scheduling and effort management
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Must have 5-10 years of experience
- Must have very strong expertise on embedded technologies
- Japanese Language level must be native or fluent
- English language must be at least at conversational level
- Candidate must be an excellent team leader.
- Candidate should possess excellent customer interaction skills on technology or business issues.
- Candidate should be an excellent verbal & written communication skill and posses excellent analytical and problem solving.
- Project management, coordination skills to oversee the entire the entire project as a key onsite member.
- Flexibility to adapt into different environments and roles.
- Self motivator with positive mind set
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
JAPANESE: Native / Fluent Level
ENGLISH: Conversational level or above
