Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of Recruiting:
-Coordinate inteviews
-Screen resumes
-Handle 3rd party recruiters
Manage team of internal recruiters:
-Provide leadership and strategic vision for the recruiting team.
-Train recruiting team members to increase productivity and their overall ability.
-Evaluate performance of individual members.
Successful candidates will have:
-Ability to succeed with fixed-period, fast-paced, high-volume recruiting projects.
-Maintain high energy and have a winning attitude.
-Experience with hiring or support of the hiring of 50-100 people in one year is a great asset.
Language Skills:
Native Japanese and Business-level English are MUSTS!
-They plan to recruit the same number or more in 2010.
-Excellent chance for a strong HR Recruiter to make the leap to Recruiting Manager.
Deep understanding of Japanese Labor Laws is a strong asset
