Job Description
Candidate may become General Manager with move to Vice President of Japan later or very highly qualified candidate may be accepted as VP directly.
In charge of sales, business growth and over all operation in Japan next to President in Japan.
Sales focused position.
Reports to HQ overseas
Company has around 200 employees in Japan office.
Oversee Sales team of approx. 20.
Development of Japan Sales strategy and collaberation with Global Sales teams.
Required Skills
Strong Sales and Negotiation skills.
More than 12 years in IT Sales in Japan
Experience of working for foreign company is a must, and experience of working abroad preferred.
Strong sales career especially in Technical, Media and Telecom industries.
C-level contacts and experience in selling software/ service to companies with annual revenue exceeding 1 billion USD.
Strong English skills.
Esperience in offshore development projects a plus.
Must have native or very fluent Japanese skills and business level or fluent English skills.
Must be open to travel outside of Japan.
